Initially, our mago will inspect your gadget and provide you with an Onsite Inspection Report, highlighting the nature of complaint and a rough estimated cost of repair. Duly sign the document to initiate the repair.
Always ask for the acknowledgement slip duly signed by the Mago, highlighting the device & accessories (if any) taken for Factory Repair.
Always demand for the bill after service, to claim the 7 days onsite limited repair guarantee (software only).
